Prof. Tang's research focuses on micro-/nano-fabrication and nanometrology. He has accumulated extensive experience and established a solid research foundation in advanced electronic materials, micro-/nano-manufacturing and metrology, as well as in the development of related equipment. He has led and participated in over 10 national research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Moreover, he has carried out in-depth collaboration and technological development with industry partners. He holds more than 30 granted national patents and has authored over 100 academic papers.
