Hao Jiang is currently a professor of Mechanical Science and Engineering School at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). He received his Ph.D. degree in 2011 at Florida Instituteof Technology. After receiving his ultimate degree, he worked as a postdoctoral research fellow and adjunct instructor at the University of Texas at Arlington until he started his appointment with HUST in 2014. His research interests are focusing on lithographic imaging and computation lithography, nanoscale metrology and optical instrumentation, measurement and inspection for IC manufacturing. He had more than 10 research proposals being successfully granted by research agencies such as NSFC, MOST, and industrial companies. He has totally published more than 100 journal papers and has been authorized more than 30 patents. He has been awarded the First Prize of the Technology Innovation Award of the Hubei Province, the First Prize of the Technology Innovation Award of the China Instrument and Control Society (CIS), and the Gold Medal of the 43rd Geneva International Invention Award.
