Shimadzu Spectrophotometer SolidSpec-3700i (SolidSpec-3700i DUV)

Function Introduction:

The SolidSpec-3700i DUV is a high-sensitivity ultraviolet-visible-near infrared (UV-Vis-NIR) spectrophotometer renowned for its deep ultraviolet (DUV) detection capability, enabling measurements down to 165 nm or 170 nm when equipped with an integrating sphere . It facilitates high-precision testing of absorption, reflection, and transmission spectra across an extensive wavelength range of 170 nm to 3300 nm . This instrument is specifically designed for analyzing the physical and optical properties of materials and devices, finding significant applications in the characterization of new materials and evaluation of new optoelectronic components over a broad spectrum . Its large sample compartment allows for testing sizable samples, such as photovoltaic glass .

Main Technical Parameters:

1. Wavelength Range: 165 - 3300 nm.

2. Spectral Bandwidth: UV/Vis: 0.1 - 8 nm, 8-segment switching. NIR: 0.2 - 32 nm, 10-segment switching.

3. Detectors: Photomultiplier Tube (PMT) / InGaAs / Cooled PbS.

4. Stray Light: < 0.00005% T (at 340 nm, NaNO₂); < 0.0005% T (at 1420 nm, H₂O).
