Liu Li, a postdoctor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). He received his Ph.D. degree from HUST in March 2026, and then he joined the Precision Instrument Research Center (PIRC) of Professor Liu Shiyuan at HUST as a postdoctoral researcher. His primary research interests include EUV computational imaging theory and methods, as well as IC in-line inspection and metrology technologies and equipments. He has served as a key research member in major projects such as National Natural Science Foundation of China and the R&D Program of Hubei Province. He has published 9 academic papers as first/co-first author(or corresponding author) in Light: Science & Applications, Laser & Photonics Reviews, IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, and Measurement, including one cover article. He has filed 14 invention patents, of which 7 have been granted. He has received the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award of HUST and the Outstanding Master's Thesis Award of Dalian University of Technology. His research outcomes have been highlighted by prestigious domestic and international societies and media, including the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) via EurekAlert!, Scienmag, the IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Society, the International Measurement Confederation (IMEKO), Chinese Optics. He has been invited to keynote presentations at multiple international conferences, including International Workshop on Advanced Patterning Solutions, the International Conference on Computational Imaging, the International Conference on Information Optics and Photonics, and the World Laser Manufacturing Conference.
